   Mayor Bryant called the Public Meeting to order at 4:31 pm.

Attorney Barnebey explained the procedures for today’s meeting.  This meeting is being held as an Attorney/Client Session as provided under Florida’s Sunshine Law, Section 286.011 (8), Florida Statutes.  This is a meeting for the purpose of the following court case: Lincoln Memorial Academy, et al v. School District of Manatee County, et al, Appeal No. 23-10195, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.

Mayor Bryant closed the meeting to the public at 4:33 pm. At that time, Cassi Bailey exited the meeting.

   Mayor Bryant reopened the public portion of the meeting at 5:42 pm. At that time, Cassi Bailey reentered the meeting.

With no action necessary, Mayor Bryant closed the meeting at 5:42 pm.
